Yes, we can help you! 30 days of Maintenance and Repair Phone support with your
truck purchase.
We want every customer to get the most out of their recent box truck purchase. Our
commitment to our customers doesn’t stop at the point-of –sale. Included in your
truck purchase is the use of our experts at the Maintenance and Repair Support Hotline.
Our guys have over 112 years of combined U-Haul experience and have turned wrenches
and busted knuckles as part of the best in the industry. There’s no repair or maintenance
question they can’t answer. We dare you to stump them! Fred, Dennis, John, and Larry
are based out of the Technical Center in Tempe, Arizona, (so no worries about getting
a call center overseas) and are waiting to help you out. If you need a part, they
can get you to one of our supply representatives for help.
The 30 day free hotline support is limited to verbal technical support by phone.
The 30 day window begins at time stamped on the invoice at the time of the sale
and extends 30 calendar days. Other services such as parts and labor are expressly
not included. Those items may potentially be purchased for an additional charge.
Agents are available Monday-Friday , 8:00-4:00 MST and on Saturday, 8:00-2:00 MST.
Customers are responsible for having the necessary sale information at the time
of the call, i.e., one of the following: U-Haul equipment id number or last eight
digits of the VIN.
