Did you know – you may not be covered?

Credit cards and most personal insurance policies DO NOT cover damage to rental trucks and trailers, even if they cover damage to rental cars. If yours does cover rental trucks, you have deductibles and increased premiums to consider and you must reimburse U-Haul immediately upon return regardless of coverage and regardless of fault. You are responsible for all damage to U-Haul rental equipment up to the full replacement value. When you select a protection program, you may be relieved of this responsibility.

Please do not assume you are covered, check with your carrier first.
